I set up A Dash of Ginger in 2014 as a bit of a creative outlet and to document my recipes. For a few years I regularly shared recipes & ramblings, but it’s now been several years since I’ve been actively blogging.
I had thought about deleting the website but it felt like a shame to do that when there was quite a lot of work put into it. Plus, I think people do still occasionally use the recipes here!
Some recipes are better tested & written than others – I learnt a lot over the years I blogged about how to do this properly, and there are definitely some older recipes on here that aren’t the greatest. Maybe one day I’ll retest and update, but in the meantime, you can probably tell from the comments which ones are more likely to be successful!
